Do I need to already be experienced in post-op care to attend?

You must be a certified and actively practicing post operative provider with a minimum of six months hands on experience to attend. This is not an entry level training, it is designed for providers ready to deepen their understanding of how recovery works beyond technique.

Is this a certification or skills training?

No. This experience isn’t about adding another certificate to your wall, it’s about exposure, perspective, and exposure you can’t get in a classroom or weekend course.

What’s the structure of the week?

Each day includes guided discussions, group learning, shared experiences, and designated moments to observe, reflect, and ask questions. There’s structure but it’s not rushed, crowded, or overwhelming. The pace is intentional so you can actually absorb what you’re seeing and hearing.

What is the deposit and payment plan like?

A deposit is required to secure your spot

Meet your host

I'm Latysha

an RMT and Post Operative Specialist who has spent years in treatment rooms, recovery spaces, and conversations most providers don’t get access to. That proximity has given me insight into parts of post op care that are rarely explained or openly shared.

I built this retreat because I remember being skilled at what I did and still knowing there was another level I hadn’t stepped into yet. Not more techniques, but more depth, perspective and clearer understanding of how everything connects.

This is the space I wish existed during my own growth, a place where providers can observe, ask real questions, sit in meaningful conversations, and gain exposure that shifts the way they think about their work, themselves and their business.

My role here isn’t to lecture but to guide, challenge, and open doors to rooms and discussions that expand how you move in this industry.

This experience is for providers who take their craft seriously and want to grow intentionally.
